Your Fertility Journey
This week I want to remind you that you are so much more than your fertility. If you have been on a trying to conceive journey for a day, week, month, year, or years I know the stress and push to have a baby can come with feeling like a complete failure. I actually don't like the word failure… personally. I see any set back on our journey as lessons learned. With that being said. What lessons can you learn on this journey?
Have you and your partner been more connected more than ever before? Have you taken up a hobby that you forgot about? Have you journaled about what you truly want for your life, solo and as a family? Have you made connections with new and old friends? Have you spent time in the sun? Have you gone for nature walks? Have you gotten your feet in the sand, ocean, creek, or grass?
And if you have not done any of these… might I suggest for a moment that you do? Pick up old hobbies, connect with your partner, get some sunlight daily, go for walks, get out in nature.
The saying of it happens when you least expect it… reminds God / the Universe that you are grateful, living in the moment, in the present, and know how to have fun and invite joy into your life. Begin enjoying life again…because the alternative is not good for your soul, period. You won’t be able to invite a baby into your life with the wrong mindset. Stay committed to your dreams, but flexible in the approach. Reminder if you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten.
You are so worthy. You are worthy of your dreams. You are worthy of a child. You are worthy of health.
